Keto Blueberry Pancake Recipe
4 Ingredient Keto Blueberry Pancakes, these are gluten free & so good you wont even need syrup

small frying pan
small mixing bowl
Whisk 4 eggs - the more air whisked into the eggs, the fluffier the pancakes
Add Cream cheese & almond flour into eggs - whisk well to combine
Add Blueberries to mixture
In a small/medium fying pan, heat 2 tbps of oil or butter
Pour 3-4 tbps of batter into pan, cook until golden* - Continue until all batter is used
Serve with sugar-free syrup or eat it as is!
* I usually flip the pancakes once the pancake batter starts looking like little craters are being made on it.
